We requested a doing business certificate in August of 2007 in Denton County, Texas. In March 2008 we received our approval to operate as a Mortgage Broker in the State of Texas by the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending. Global Home Finance Inc. received approval by the Texas Secretary of State to operate as an S-Corporation in June of 2008. We received our VA Lender ID on December 11, 2009. And we are licensed to serve the great state of Georgia as of 2022 and now available in California, Florida, Colorado and Minnesota in 2023.
