This is under a special Consumer Closing Costs Subsidy Program that is only available at Global Home Finance. And it’s better than the Georgia Dream Homeownership, DreamMaker Home Purchase Assistance, NACA, and Home Sweet Texas Programs!
At the end of 2016 Global Home Finance secured the rights to provide a special no closing costs mortgage program via the Consumer Closing Costs Subsidy Program (CCCSP). In 2016 the program set aside funds of $100 million to be used to pay Texas and Georgia mortgage applicants’ closing costs until program funds are exhausted.
In January 2022, there was about $22 million remaining for this program, and as of June 16, 2022, there remains only about $6 million in available subsidies before funds are depleted and the program automatically terminates.
The Consumer Closing Costs Subsidy Program is only for Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA government type home loans for Global Home Finance customers. At the current pace that means we expect funds to be depleted by October. So act now to get a No-Closing Costs Mortgage before this program is gone forever!
