Bob has been originating loans since 2007 and has become a top producing loan officer who brings the experience of hundreds of mortgage closings to the table for his clients. His goal is to assist clients through the financing process in a smooth and hassle-free manner from application to closing, all while exceeding their expectations! Bob will tell you that the key to the success of his referral-based business is simply to always communicate honestly and in a timely manner and genuinely care about every single client. As a loan originator, Bob is dedicated to assisting his clients and getting them into the home of their dreams.
Robert B. Cahoone (Bob) was born on May 16, 1982 in Garland, Texas. Then in 1986, his parents purchased some acreage in Krum, Texas to give their kids more space and started a small hobby farm. The family raised chickens and had a couple of horses, cats and a dog. Bob’s school life from Kindergarten through high school was at Krum ISD where he excelled at math. Bob’s major in college was electrical engineering. Bob came into mortgage lending after a number of years managing Target electronics departments and GameStop stores. Bob started mortgage lending in 2007 at the age of 24. Bob began work as a loan officer under his brother, Brad who had started a branch of a Dallas Mortgage Banker. Then in March 2008, both Bob and Brad left that company and started Global Home Finance Inc.
Outside of work you will find Bob enjoying time with family and friends, out at the shooting range, or immersed in the latest video game.
