Duties and Responsibilities
- Excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and communicate daily with multiple customers and work on multiple files.
- Convert daily the multiple live, qualified outbound leads into appointments for Senior Loan Officers.
- Request and assist in gathering initial documents from customers.
- Leverage GHF Lead Source and Marketing support.
- Ability to work in the evening and on Saturdays, as required.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Desired Competencies
- 0-2 years of experience as a Loan Processor, Jr. Processor, Loan Setup Clerk, Loan Officer Assistant, Sales, or equivalent.
- NMLS licensing preferred, but not required at date of hire. You will be expected to successfully pass the Texas State MLO Licensing exam and obtain your MLO license within 180 days of employment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
